Do you know your body story? 

We are born embodied beings—feeling at home in our bodies is our birthright. But somewhere along the way, we exit the body and become like floating heads in the world. We all have body stories that want to be revealed as well as the whole spectrum of emotions around them. Those stories have impacted our access to voice, expression, connection, and desire. Exploring our body stories allows us to widen the lens and change the narrative from shame, guilt, disconnection, unworthiness to acceptance, compassion, permission and love. 

In this women’s circle we will hold space for all our stories to be heard and recognized. We will give voice to our own deep roar of reclaiming our bodies. We will ignite the inner fire of desire to be fully expressed and seen. Combining the main elements of Authentic Embodiment modality, such as dance therapy, breath work, voice activation and archetypal mask work we will tap into the unconscious to unleash our powerful, beautiful, authentic self. To support the process of emotional release and integration, we will be using Doterra essential oils. 

Wear a long dress or skirt of light colors. Bring a water bottle.
